Product Review | Garnier SkinActive Micellar Cleansing Water

got this as a part of the goodie bag I received from my local Walgreens after participating on their in-store survey. I was really on the fence trying this one out because I loved my Simple Micellar Cleansing Water. But, a girl's gotta do, what a girl's gotta do. So, what is micellar water in the first place? It is made up of tiny balls of cleansing oil molecules suspended in water. This is why when you can see a little bubbling inside the container due to the miniscule oil particles.

I like that this is a bigger bottle than the Simple brand. This also is able to wipe off waterproof mascara, which is a huge plus. You do have to do two gentle cleansing on each eye to get the mascara out. Everything else works the way it is supposed to. The point of a micellar water is to be able to use it to clean your face without rinsing.

Personally, this is just a makeup remover to me. I still wash my face after. Micellar water claims to draw out impurities without the harsh chemicals, leaving the skin soft and hydrated.  Garnier Skinactive Micellar Cleansing Water has definitely done that.
