New Makeup Discovery | Fiona Stiles Beauty

While browsing through the sale tab on the Ulta app, I stumbled upon the Fiona Stiles Beauty line.  They were 50% Off so I figured, why not?!  The line is by no means new but it is to me.  It was first released sometime in February of 2016 so it has been around a year or so at Ulta, which is where it is exclusively sold.  Before purchasing, I did a little research on the cosmetic line and about Fiona Stiles herself.  Fiona Stiles is a professional makeup artist to many celebrities.  She brings a fresh, instinctive approach to creating beautiful faces within the fashion, music and entertainment industries, as well as for publications and media outlets across the globe.  She has worked with Kate Hudson, Kerry Washington, Madonna, David Bowie, Zoe Saldana, Natalie Portland and Halle Berry, just to name a few celebrities on her robust list.

About the brand, The Fiona Stiles Beauty website describes it as:
"A modern collection of professional color cosmetics with innovative formulations and breakthrough textures, Fiona Stiles Beauty is a brand rooted in artistry and education, and is built upon each woman’s individual expression. Fiona shares her creative vision and expertise through her signature approach on the basics of makeup and beyond. A fool-proof method that establishes a non-intimidating color path for women to experience makeup. As no two faces are the same, Fiona shows you the techniques and makeup applications that complement your unique features and skin tones. A wardrobe of color, universal for all skin tones, serves as a tool to help you master your self-expression, alongside easy to understand “how to” lessons and engaging tutorials. Fiona takes the intimidation out of makeup where there are no mistakes and allows you to be fearless."
“Every face has something interesting and compelling. I love to reimagine women to help them evolve in the most beautiful way possible through makeup.”
I originally picked up five products from the line (Luminous foundation in Olive 05, Bronzing Veil in Ahiko 01, Soft Cheek Veil in Valley, Sheer Contour Palette in Light/Medium and the Artist Eyeshadow palette), but after using a few of them (the eyeshadow palette is the only one I have not played with), I really enjoyed the formula and pigmentation.  Since the sale has been going on for almost a week now, I decided to pick up another Soft Cheek Veil in Lex and the Light Illusion Prism Palette (which reminds me of my Makeup Revolution Radiance Palette).  I will be posting a review on each product within the next week or so.  Stay tuned!  Have you tried Fiona Stiles Beauty? What are your favorites from the brand?
