Product Review | E.L.F. Nourishing Night Cream

E.L.F. Nourishing Night Cream ($12, E.LF. website) : E.L.F. claims that Purified Water and essential nutrients help rehydrate and refresh skin overnight for glowing and healthy looking skin. It is infused with nourishing Jojoba, Aloe, Vitamin E and Cucumber to soothe and protect the delicate skin area. It is also rich in antioxidants, Shea Butter, Orange and Lemon.

Another great product from the E.L.F. Skincare line.  I am going to be reviewing a few more products from this line so some of the things that I will be saying such as packaging and such will sound redundant to many of you.  Once again, I really love the packaging for this entire line.  There is something about the teal-green color that they picked that reminds me of the ocean, water, it is almost like everything feels so refreshing and hydrating, hence many of their products are meant for hydration.  The frosted acryllic packaging is phenomenal.  It has the feel of a glass without the weight, and it also feels very solid.  The silver trim adds an extra something special to the packaging. The product has 1.76g, which for $12 is a decent amount.

This is has a very light feel to the skin even though the product is a slightly dense to the touch.  I use the E.L.F. Spatula to apply this on my face and it spreads on easily.  I do use my fingers to even out the application, but it glides on smoothly and nicely on the skin.  It does not feel greasy at all, and as mentioned, it feels very lightweight yet it is still able to do its job in keeping the skin hydrated overnight.  If you have an extremely dry skin, this product may not work for you.  I have normal skin and it just gives me the right amount of nourishment, especially during the winter and any odd dry and cold weather we have here in L.A.  The ingredients work very well with my sensitive skin so that is always a plus.  I love the affordability of this product and its performance for the price you pay.  Even though there are quite a few E.L.F. stores where I live, I think accessibility for most people is not as easy so that is always a down side.  Target, CVS, Ulta, and Walgreens carry E.L.F. products but they do not carry the entire line. The actual E.L.F. stores do have most of the new releases.  Would I repurchase? Yes.
