Many of you know that highlighters are my obsession and while it took me almost a year to jump on the Kylie Cosmetics Kyshadows and Liquid Lipstick and Lipgloss mania, this did not take a second. I seriously had to set me alarm so when it was 3PM on February 28th, I was on it and grabbed my favorite shade out of the six.  I did not want to buy multiples without knowing how the formula was going to be like so I picked the best (in my opinion) that would suit my skin tone.

So let's get on with the review...
This is the very first highlighter that Kylie Cosmetics has ever produced.  As mentioned above, they are $22/each and contain 9.50 grams, very decent amount for the price.  The packaging reminds me of a mini Anastasia Beverly Hills (ABH) Glow Kit, except the Kylighter has a mirror, a single pan of highlighter and a box instead of the sleeve that ABH has.  If you look closely on the photo below, even the color, are similar except for the items mentioned.  While it is made out of cardboard, it is a thick hard cover packaging.  It is has the Kylie logo embossed on the highlighter powder.  The website says it is a soft peach shade, however, while it is what it looks like it on the pan, when swatched or applied on the skin, it is more of a light beige/golden/champagne shade combined.  I am actually happy that it turned out to be that way as I am not a fan of peach-toned highlighters.

The formula is one of the nicest and smoothest I have ever used.  It reminds me of the Anastasia Beverly Hills Glow Kit pans.  It is also pigmented.  You can use a light hand or go to town with it to get your desired glow.  I love this shade and have been using it for an entire week since I got them.  I also have a few highlighters that have a similar tone to this one, so if you were not able to grab one on its first release and already own one or two of the ones shown on the photos below, they should be able to hold you over until they re-stock.  Would I buy this again? Let's just say I already placed an order for French Vanilla and Salted Caramel.
