Milani has been stepping up their game with their makeup releases for spring of 2017 and extending their line to lip care with a sugar lip scrub.  Okay, so this was one of things I was excited about as I love a good lip scrub.  My holy grail are the one's from Lush, but it would be nice to have a drugstore alternative.  The packaging is sleek, a nice gold cap and a decent sized glass jar.  Here comes the punch on the stomach: it is priced at $9.99! It is the same price point as the ones from Lush (or maybe Lush's price is cheaper by $.050)! Are you for real? And a drugstore brand?  I expected this to be around $5-$6.

Looking at the consistency as I opened the cap, I was not impressed.  While the scent was very pleasant, it looked like a lip balm that was dumped with sugar in it.  For me, lip scrubs need to be a drier formula for it to actually scrub or exfoliate the lips.  This was nothing like that.  The formula is too waxy or balm-like which defeats the purpose of being a lip scrub.  Not a fan of this and did not like it at all.  Would I repurchase? Nope.
