Review:  After the massive declutter of 2017, I have not bought any drugstore foundations until April of this year which include Physicians Formula's The Healthy Foundation along with this very hyped product on Instagram, Flower Beauty's Light Illusion Liquid Foundation.  I watched Kathleen Lights and Stephanie Ledda's review on YouTube and became really intrigued with this product.  I remember a few years ago when Flower Beauty first launched, I bought their Tinted Moisturizer and their liquid foundation (not sure if this replaced the older formula).  The formula was okay but I always loved the packaging, especially being a drugstore brand (at that time Flower Beauty was exclusively sold at Walmart).  The packaging of this foundation is great considering its price.  It is contained in a heavy weighted glass bottle with a white cap and rose gold plate with the brand's name embossed on it.  It also has a pump.  For $13.99, it contains 1.01 fl oz of product.

The consistency is slightly thicker than what I am used to so I was a little hesitant in the beginning.  However, it applies nicely on the skin and blends easily.  Even though its consistency is slightly thicker, it looks like second skin once applied.  It is not thick at all.  I use a sponge to apply this foundation so it really helps with making it look natural on the skin as I prefer a light coverage or medium at the most when going on events.  This is a dewy foundation in my opinion so if you have oily skin, you will need to set this foundation.  This foundation has lasted between 8-10hrs on my face.  Keep in mind I have normal skin type - most foundations stay on my skin with the help of a setting spray.

The shade Tawny (M4) is a perfect match for me.  It is rare that I find a perfect shade match but Flower Beauty hit the mark on this.  If you have used the Fiona Stiles Luminous Concentrate Foundation in shade 5 (Olive) - this has a similar tone to it, but a perfect mix of yellow and olive undertone.
