Review:  I find it interesting that over the past two years anything with anti-aging properties sounds very appealing to me.  Maybe because I have reached the big 4-0 or maybe I am just a lot more particular on what I put on my face.  I have noticed that I am very selective on my face base products these past two years and have decluttered so many beauty items due to changing skin needs and lifestyle.   I have only tried one Jouer product which was an eyeshadow palette which broke very easily and ended up finding it underwhelming.  I haven't purchased anything from them since.   I saw this on Beautylish and was very intrigued about the anti-aging properties.  You all know that I am all about that glow and naturally radiant skin and this claims not only to restore elasticity but also delivers a healthy, youthful glow.  I also use primers not just to extend the wear of my makeup but also as a stand-alone skincare product.  With all the vitamins and anti-aging properties in this primer, sign me up.

The packaging is simple.  Classic to be exact and to some may be blah.  The box packaging is white with silver typography same as the primer's squeeze tube container and it comes with a silver twist cap.  The consistency of this primer is not too thick but it feels lightweight on the skin.  It is very hydrating and an excellent one to use during the winter months for those of us who have normal skin type that tends to be drier during the cooler weather.  I also use this as a stand alone skincare item and it really nourishes the skin.  Luckily, I do not have any enlarged pores or any other skin or texture issues so I cannot see any difference when it comes to lifting and smoothing skin texture.  I have very faint fine line on my forehead and have not seen any difference whether they've decreased or disappeared after using this primer.  All I know is this makes my skin smooth and radiant.  It extends my makeup and I appreciate that I can use it as a moisturizer on its own.  If you want a primer that has skincare properties that can be used on its own, I would recommend this one as most skincare these days can get very expensive.  For $30, the price point of this one is very decent.  If you need to reduce pores or fill them, I'd probably just go get a pore-filling primer.
