Review:  I saw this brand on Instagram and did some research about it.  Long story short, they are cruelty-free and vegan, which seems to be the theme these days.  I am not complaining about it, I think it is good for the earth and animals with tons of skincare benefits.  What's surprising it that when I started to shop, it directed me to Walmart.com.  Having said that, you can purchase Cleen Beauty at Walmart.  I am not sure if they have items in-store or if it is an online exclusive.

The product did not come with a box but a shrink wrap around the jar.  The packaging is a white plastic jar/tub with black typography and black screw cap top.  The moisturizer has a very thin consistency; hence it is a water gel moisturizer.  If you have used the Laneige Water Sleeping Mask, it has the same consistency.  It is lightweight, easy to blend and sinks into the skin.  It does not make my skin look oily or greasy nor does it make me break out.  Even though it has a thinner consistency, it does keep my skin hydrated and moisturized all day.  I expected it to have a stronger grapefruit smell; but this one has a very light scent.  I would've preferred a stronger scent but it is not a deal breaker.  I am typically sensitive to scents although citrus or any fruity scents are tolerable.

Now this is not an overnight sleeping mask like the Laneige.  However, if you cannot get your hands on the Laneige one, this is a good substitute and for way less.  I use this in the morning prior to makeup application.  You can also use this at night; however, I alternate two a few sleeping masks for my night time skincare.  I definitely recommend this product especially is you need to keep your skin hydrated all day long.
