Review:  Let me start by saying this product (along with other Revolution Pro items I will be reviewing in the next few days) was gifted to me by a friend of mine.  The packaging of this bronzer gives me luxurious vibes.  The box is a nude rose gold reflective material with brown typography.  The compact has the same nude rose gold color and brown typography, exactly as its box packaging.  This bronzer is huge and it has a large mirror as well.  Since this was gifted to me, I did not get to pick the shade.  Prior to opening the box, I was intrigued when I saw the shade "Light".  But I figured there must be a reason why my friend got this for me.  I looked on the Revolution Beauty website and there are six shade on this line and Light, is actually not a light shade.  I mean, it is the "lightest" of all the shades but by no means a bronzer for the fair to light skinned beauties out there.  I noticed that the brand leans to a more orange to red undertones and that a cool to neutral undertone is rare.

The powder is soft to the touch which means there's some kick up.  As I mentioned with the other bronzer, nothing that a tap of a brush can't solve.  This bronzer blends nicely and applied smoothly on the skin.  It is a matte bronzer but it does not make the skin feel and look cakey.  It is extremely pigmented so be careful when applying on the skin.  A light hand is a must, even for my toasted complexion this time of the year.  It applies nicely on top of foundation and other powder products.  One obvious con of this product is the shade range.  This is the "lightest" shade which is not light at all.  This shade suits medium to darker skin tones.  There is no way anyone with a fair to light skin can use this shade.  I love this bronzer so much.  Since receiving these two bronzers, I have decluttered my Physicians Formula Butter Bronzer (I love that bronzer but it is also old, plus the ones gifted to me were just as good or better, in my opinion).

This bronzer will seriously last me for a lifetime because of its large size.  If you are looking for a matte bronzer that is affordable that has a high end formula and packaging, this is a good buy.  For $12, you cannot beat its price.
