Product Review | The INKEY List Polyglutamic Acid Serum ($14.99, theinkeylist.com and Sephora.com - This was sent to me by The INKEY List as a part of a PR package)

Product Details (from The INKEY List's website):  A powerful hydrator for the skin's surface, Polygluatmic Acid can hold 4x more moisture than Hyaluronic Acid, locking in moisture and helping the skin appear instantly smoother.

This 3% high molecular weight amino polymer is specifically designed to enhance skin moisturization on the surface. This helps to reduce the appearance of fine lines, as well as brighten and even skin tone. The lightweight silky texture creates a perfect make-up canvas.

KEY INGREDIENTS:

3% polyglutamic acid complex is a natural high molecular weight amino acid polymer, specifically designed to enhance skin moisturization.
2% invisaskin maintains moisture levels in the skin.

Review:  I have been a fan of The INKEY List since discovering them in November.  I was ecstatic when they reached out to me for more products to try.  As I have mentioned in previous reviews of this brand, there is something about their black and white box packaging.  Basic but its simplicity catches my eye.  This serum has been key to keeping my skin hydrated during these cooler months.  Living in a warmer state even during the winter time, when the sun is out it tends to be colder and drier.  This type of weather is really harsh on my skin especially as a runner/jogger outdoors.    This claims to lock in more moisture than HA and I find that to be true.  If I am not using my Q10 from The INKEY List, this is my next go-to product prior to applying sunscreen.  You can also use this serum to mix with your foundation, as recommended, to help create a smooth surface for makeup application.  This serum is very light and sinks into the skin very quickly.  One thing I do not like about this serum is its chemical-y smell.  However, it does go away quickly but it is very strong upon application.
