Review:  Fenty Beauty is one of the few brands where their complexion products work so well with my skin.  The only exception are their original loose powder and concealer which were a little too drying for my normal to dry skin type.  So when they launched this Eye Brightener Concealer, I was intrigued but also proceeded with caution for a few reasons.  First, I was skeptical since the first concealer they launched did not work for me.  Second, I don't really use an eye brightener concealer.  To be honest, is there a difference between using a lighter concealer to make your under eye area look bright and an eye brightener concealer?  So after watching a few favorite ladies on Instagram talk about its formula, that's when I got a little excited and intrigued.  So here we are, I now possess this item in the shade Deep Butter 07 which is described as warm for light to medium skin tones.

The box packaging is typical of all Fenty Beauty products.  The eye brightener is in a nude colored squeeze tube with a plastic roller/dome shape at the tip to dispense the product but to also easily glide it underneath the eye area.  I love the plastic applicator because it applies the product smoothly but it is also easy to clean/wipe after use.  The texture of this concealer is creamy and smooth but it is very lightweight.  I was honestly afraid that it would thicker that by the time I applied concealer, my under eye would look like 100 years old.  However, that is not the case.  This product layered beautifully underneath a full coverage Pat McGrath concealer and it is because of its serum-like texture/consistency that made it look flawless.  I have used this product on a full-work day wearing a  mask and it did not crease or break apart.  This definitely brightens the under eye area but it also keeps it hydrated throughout the day.  This is a long-wearing product.  I am happy to say that a Fenty Concealer worked for me this time!
