Product Review | Colourpop Cosmetics No Filter Concealer

Product Review | Colourpop Cosmetics No Filter Concealer in Medium 30 and Medium Tan 35 ($6, Colourpop.Com)

Product Details (from Colourpop's website): Our lightweight, creamy concealer was formulated with soft blurring pigments to give you a creaseproof, matte finish. No filter needed.

Review:  The box packaging is simple and a nice nude shade with diagonal white stripes on the bottom and top opening.  It also has a silver and black typography.  It is in a clear plastic bottle container with a white cap and silver trim and it has a doe foot applicator.  It contains 4g of product.  For $6, this is a bargain.

I am very picky with concealers.  I like a lightweight formula with sheer to light coverage, or at least if I can use less and still get the non-cake face look.  I picked up the shade Medium 30 for brightening the under eye area and Medium Tan 35 for typical concealing purposes which is closer to my skin tone.  This concealer is very creamy and while it seems heavy when applied (because of its creamy consistency), it is actually lightweight when blended.  For me, this has more coverage than I would normally use and need but I love that I can sheer it out and get a light coverage out of it.  I really love this concealer.  It definitely provides less creasing than most concealers in the market.  It is long-wearing and it is beautiful on the skin.  This is weird, but once blended, it sets and feels like my Nars Soft Matte Complete Concealer.  I no longer use powder to set my under eye since using the Nars Soft Matte Complete Concealer, and guess what, I do not use powder either with the Colourpop No Filter Concealer.

Would I repurchase?  Let me just say this, I said goodbye to the Tarte Shape Tape after trying this.  Of course, I will!
