Product Review | Marc Jacobs See-quins Glam Glitter Eyeshadow ($28, Sephora)

Product Details (from Sephora's website):  This sequin-finish eyeshadow in a pot adds super-shimmering dimension to any look. The innovative, demi-pressed process allows the pigments to apply more vividly and gives the glitter maximum sparkle. The versatile formula can be packed on for intense glitter or blended for a soft wash of sparkle. It’s high-impact dazzle with smooth glide and bold color. Complete every outfit with a touch of See-quins in your choice of six sparkling shades.

Review:  I love shimmer eyeshadow pots.  These remind me of the Tarte Chrome Paint Pots (review to come).  The box packaging is very sleep with gold, silver and black with black typography.  The tubs are made out of class and has a silver cap.  There is also a plastic contraption that you put over the product prior to closing them since these are pressed pigment formulas.  I have the shades Gleam Girl (82, champagne beige), Glam Noir (84, icy black) and Topaz Flash (90, smoky bronze).  The claims for an intense sparkle are all true, however, you can use a light hand if you want a softer touch.  I have used these products with a flat eyeshadow brush and with my fingers and they both pack and apply the shadows seamlessly.  These are very pigmented and a little goes a long way unless you want maximum sparkle.  I do recommend these eyeshadow pigments, however, if you want to save a few buck, the Tarte Chrome Paint Pots are a good alternative.
