Review:  It took me way too long to get on the Anastasia Beverly Hills eyeshadow palette bandwagon.  I do not have a large eyeshadow palette collection and I lean towards Natasha Denona, Pat McGrath and Viseart for my eyeshadow palette gratification which is why I am very selective on what I purchase due to the cost of the brands mentioned above.  Everyone and their mothers raved about the Soft Glam Palette as the best bridal palette.  Since I am getting married in May, I decided to purchase the Soft Glam palette.  I love the nude box packaging which mimics the inside.   One of the things I am not a fan off is the velour fabric cover case since it will be a hot mess sooner rather than later.  I find that the formula is a lot softer than what I am used to with my Natasha Denona, Viseart and Pat McGrath palettes.  It has a lot of powder kick up even at the gentlest touch of your brush.  However, when you tap off the excess it applies evenly.  It is never patchy or hard to blend.  The pigment goes on top of the eyelids seamlessly.  You can easily layer with another shade and blend it effortlessly.  I love the matte shades in this palette because they are all warm-toned.  However, I am not a fan of the shimmer shades - not necessarily because of the formula but mostly due to shade selection or color story.  These shadows are long-wearing and are really beautiful on the eyes.  If the shimmer shades in this palette are your cup of tea, I say go ahead and get this palette.  Otherwise, I say pass (not because of the formula but the color story).  I have used this palette about five times and do not reach for it as much as I would like to.  However, I also picked up the Sultry Palette (review will be up soon) and found myself using it every single day despite the cooler eyeshadow tones.
