Review:  I have been eyeing on this palette for a while but since I am on a No Buy/Low Buy, I decided to wait till the VIB Sale to use up all of my Sephora Gift Cards from last year and get the most out of my free bucks.  I love Viseart Palettes, especially their nine pan ones.  I also own the Golden Hour Palette which is why this palette called my name the moment it was released.

The package is in a mauve-purple box with an image of the actual palette on the front.  The actual palette has a metal/tin case but a sturdy one.  The sides has a soft touch material, similar to the Nars blush packaging.  The compact has a large mirror which is perfect especially for travel.  The matte formula on this palette is pigmented.  It is soft so there is a slight powder kick up but as long as you tap the excess prior to shadow application, it should not be an issue.  They are easy to apply and blend on the eyelids.  They also blend smoothly and seamlessly on top of another shadow.  The shimmers are stunning and are also easy to blend.  They pack a punch on their own, however, you can use a setting spray if you want.

I love this palette.  You can create a daytime or nighttime look with it without using any other palettes.  But of course, if you want to use a different palette with it, that is totally fine.  I used this palette for my bridal shower eye makeup and it was beautiful. (see photo below).  I did an update on my IGTV with regards to the eyeshadow's longevity and they held up for eleven hours of wear, probably more had I not taken off my makeup.

I have the Kylie Purple Palette and that palette is $42 (I picked up mine on sale in December).  If I have to recommend a purple toned palette, between the Kylie Palette and this Liaison palette, I would recommend this instead of the Kylie one.  The quality is just way better and it is absolutely stunning.
