Product Review | Fenty Beauty Pro Filt'r Hydrating Longwear Foundation in the shade 300 ($35, Sephora)

Review:  Rihanna has done amazing with her Fenty Beauty line.  I love the original Pro Filt'r Foundation and primer when it first released in 2017 so when I heard she was coming out with the hydrating version, I knew I had to have it.  The box packaging the signature black and white print and design.  The foundation is contained in a tube that comes with a pump.  The tube contains 1.08 oz worth of product, similar to her original foundation release.  I appreciate the extra amount in every package especially for a product that I have repurchased (I'm on my 2nd bottle of the original foundation) and will repurchase (this has become a favorite).

The consistency is similar to the original foundation where it is a nice happy medium.  Due to its hydrating properties, this foundation is easier to blend in terms of time.  You do not need to work fast with this foundation as it is easy to apply and it blends into perfection on the skin.  The original Fenty foundation requires a little bit of speed when applying on the skin because it dries quite faster than this one.  I love that this gives me the light to medium coverage that I typically love on a day to day basis.  The finish of the foundation is beautiful.  It is dewy without making the skin look oily.  It is lightweight and it does not clog my pores.  If you are looking for a light to medium coverage, this is a great foundation to use daily and I strongly recommend it.  It is long wearing or at least it is for me, it lasts for a full work day without breaking apart and keeps the skin hydrated and radiant.
