Review:  After decluttering four of my luxury foundations since they were all past their expiration date, I decided to try a few drugstore ones that appears to have similar finishes based on reviews I have seen.  I have never tried any Cover Girl foundation and when they released the Clean Fresh Skin  Milk foundation, I was all about it especially with its light coverage and dewy finish.  The price point of this foundation varies depending on where you get it.  I purchased mine of off Target.com for $9.98 however, Ulta sells this for $11.99.  This foundation does not come with a box packaging but in a sealed shrink wrap.  The foundation is contained in a squeeze tube with pink and white typography.   There is a clear window where you can see the foundation shade.  I picked up the shade medium/tan based on swatch photos and honestly, guessing.  Luckily, it is the perfect shade for me.   This foundation provides light to medium coverage that shows off the skin's natural glow.  It is hydrating while it creates an even skin tone.  It is easy to apply and it sinks into the skin versus on top of it.  It is long-wearing, it does not break me out and the dewy finish does not make my skin look and feel oily.
