Review:  When Stila released their liquid eyeshadow formula a few years ago, everyone tried to follow their lead.  E.L.F. released a different version before and I believe this is a different formulation.  I originally intended to purchase Flirty Birdy and Ocean Eyes but they were out of stock at Target so Copper Pop was the other option available.  It comes in a shiny copper colored box with a cut out window where you can see and touch the actual container of the product.  The tube is a clear acrylic plastic with a square white cap and a doe foot applicator similar to the Stila one.

The formula is beautiful.  It glides smoothly on the eyelids upon direct application (my preferred way to apply it is apply the product on the back of my hand and use a brush to apply on the eyelids).  While the product has glitter, it does not apply chunky on the eyelids (whether applied directly with the doe foot applicator or flat brush).  This does dry quickly so you have to move quickly during application.  I used this product to apply on top of the shimmer shade on the E.L.F. Pumpkin Spice Bite Size Palette and it was the perfect combination.  The down side of this product is it is really small (see size comparison of liquid eyeshadows I have below).  It is slightly smaller that the Stila one which was branded as a part of their mini holiday collection.  The Flower Beauty one is probably the best value of all three, in my opinion.  If you use a lot of liquid glitter shadows, the E.L.F. one will not last so I do not recommend purchasing it.  Instead, get the one from Flower Beauty instead ($9).  Would I recommend this product?  Yes., due to its formula, longevity and price.  However, keep in mind that it is small and it does not contain a ton of product.
