Review:  Even though I have holy grail setting sprays (Skindinavia Bridal and Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Sprays), I still like to try new ones, especially affordable ones.  This is also the same way I feel about the Beauty Blender.  Even though the BB is my holy grail, every now and then I like to try affordable beauty sponges.  I ordered this setting spray from Beauty Creations Cosmetics along with their Flawless Stay Foundation and Primer.  Similar to my foundations, I prefer a hydrating setting spray than a matte finish.  However, I do try to have a couple of affordable matte setting sprays on hand since the weather is always warm out here in Los Angeles.  I was going the repurchase the NYX Matte Setting Spray which I like and worked really well during the summertime, but I decided to add this in my cart since I was already purchasing other items from the website.  

Similar to the other Beauty Creations items I purchased, this also comes in a nude pink box with a rose gold trim and rose gold typography.  I will say it again, the packaging is impressive on their Flawless Stay line given its very affordable price point.  This setting spray is housed in a nude pink plastic bottle with rose gold typography.  This setting spray has a nice spray nozzle that dispenses the product evenly, not too aggressive.  It is not as fine as the my holy grail sprays but it is pretty darn close.  It does have a scent.  It is not a specific scent like vanilla or citrus, but it is a fresh type of smell (not like laundry fresh) that goes away very quickly.  This spray locks my makeup and extends its wear.  It does no make my face look oily nor does it break me out.  Even though it says it is a matte finish, it did not make my face look extremely matte which I like.  I really enjoyed using this setting spray and even though the NYX Matte Setting Spray is affordable and really good, it now has a very strong competition.  I definitely recommend this product especially if you are looking for a matte setting spray without making your face looking too dry or stiff.
