Review:  I have said this before and I will say it again, The INKEY List has made its way into my holy grail squad since discovering the brand in November.  Similar to all of their packaging, the Oil and Water Double Cleanser comes in a white and black box with black + white typography.  The bottle is made out of plastic with a black and white label and a black cap.  The bottle is clear so you can see the amber colored liquid.  I haven't used an oil and water cleanser in ages.  The last I used and loved was from the Sephora Collection brand.  This cleanser has a nice mild scent to it; not too over powering for my sensitive nose.  The oil is not too "oily"; I know that may not make sense since it is an Oil and Water Cleanser.  It leaves just a slight moisture on the skin; similar to a dry oil; however I still use a facial cleanser to rinse off any product left on my face.  Some double cleansers are very oily and it makes it hard to cleanse the skin due to tons of slip and slide.  I love how this is non-drying and it cleans the face pretty well without tugging on to the skin.  If you are looking for an oil and water cleanser, I highly recommend this product.  I have been using this since December (3 months) and have enjoyed it.
