Review:  I received this as gift from a friend.  I typically will note products as "gifted" when they are given to me by friends or any other third party.  I will note them as "PR Gifted" if they were sent to me straight from the company.  I will always disclose where I got items I am reviewing; whether I pay for them with my own money or not.

Now that we got that out of the way, let's talk about how good things come in small packages.  This 6 pan eyeshadow palette came without a box but was shrink wrapped to ensure that it is brand new.  The palette has a similar feel to the 5 pan palette trends these days such as Natasha Denona and Colourpop.  However, I like the size of this palette since the pans are thinner but longer so the packaging is slightly wider.  It has a clear cover with Milani's brand name printed in large gold letters.  The bottom of the palette is made of gold plastic.  It does look cheap but but there is something about the simplicity of the packaging that makes me love it regardless.

These "Most Wanted" Eyeshadow Palettes come in 5 different color stories.  The one I received was Partner in Crime, warm browns and nudes.  The best part is it is an all-matte palette.  Warm browns and nudes are my favorite kinds of matte shades because they are a staple in my every day shadow look.  The powders are soft so there are some powder kick up; but when you tap your brush lightly on the pan it isn't so bad or if you heavy handed just tap the excess on a color swap tin.  While most matte shadows do not swatch very well, this palette is no exception (see swatches below); however, they are extremely pigmented, long-wearing and blends well on their own and on top of other shades in the palette.  For a small palette, this offers a ton of promise and delivers very well.  Below is a simple eyeshadow look using this Partner In Crime Palette.  If you are looking for a user friendly but offers great value and tons of pigment, then go ahead and grab this palette.
