Review:  I haven't been wearing matte lipsticks for the past year or so and have moved towards creamier formulas even if they are not as long lasting.  Lip crayons, lip creams, lip oils, lip tints and lip balms have been my go-to's.  I have been loving the Morphe 2 brand and I was excited that they had launched a lip balm as well.  Of course, this was an easy pick and I quickly added it to my cart during their 30% off sale at Ulta.  Similar to most Morphe 2 packaging, this comes in a white box with the "2" embossed with black typography.  The shade of the lip balm is printed on the top flap of the box along with the actual color.  The lip balm is in a white plastic bullet with a semi-transparent cap that has the Morphe 2 logo printed.  This lip balm gives a nice wash of color to the lips.  It is not sheer but it is not too pigmented either.  It glides nicely on the lips and keeps it moisturized with the help of the avocado oil and Shea Butter.  I love this lip balm.  It is easy to use and perfect to throw in your purse or tuck into your jean pocket to take every where.  The shade I picked up is Berry Blush which was described as a berry nude.  I found that it is more of a blue toned berry which is not my favorite but it works when I top it with a sheer lip oil.  I should have picked the shade Vintage Rose.  Also, I wish they released more shades than the four they currently have.  Other than that, I really enjoy this lip balm.  This is not a shiny lip balm, if that's the effect you are looking for but this is very comfortable to wear; and yes you will have to re-apply.  If you don't mind re-applying and a nice wash of color on the lips, this is a great one for you!
