Product Review | Dior Nude Skin-Glowing Makeup with Sunscreen
Dior Nude Skin-Glowing Makeup with Sunscreen ($50, Sephora) : According to the Dior website, this is an iconic product in the range, it is lightweight and a blendable fluid that has achieved cult status for delivering flawless correction without masking the skin's texture and a shine-free, natural glow for flawless nude skin.
I have always wanted a luxury foundation and among the many choices, this was the one I decided to get for my birthday luxury makeup buys this past July. If you know me or have followed my beauty journey for a while, I am always a sucker for natural-looking makeup, particularly foundations. Dior packaging has always been classic, so no complaints on that department especially that it has a pump. The consistency is thinner, which is what I like about this product. Despite the thinner consistency, the product is still creamy and easy to blend. I love the dewy and natural application on the skin. It does give the skin a natural glow. I have mine in Honey Beige (040) and even though this one has a slight peach undertone to it (I have yellow/golden undertones), it still matches my skin and does not make it look flat as some foundations with peach undertones do. I do not have oily skin so I cannot attest to the shine-free aspect of this product, but it has stayed dewy on my skin without the shine.
This is perfect for everyday use, if you ignore the price tag. Would I repurchase this product? Absolutely. This product is also accessible as you can get in store and online.
