Product Review | E.L.F. Exfoliating Scrub with Vitamin E and Purified Water

Product Review | E.L.F. (Eyes Lips Face) Exfoliating Scrub with Vitamin E and Purified Water ($8, E.L.F. website)

It claims that this gentle exfoliating scrub helps polish aways dead skin cells for glowing, healthy looking skin. It is infused with Purified Water and Vitamin E, the rich hydration formula leaves skin feeling smooth and looking luxurious. No Parabens. No Sulfates. No Phthalates.

E.L.F. is now available at Target and drugstores nationwide although I am not sure how widely available their new skincare line is. I purchased mine at Old Navy, yes, they have it in the area while you stand in line. Anyway, as always, I am nosy and looked through the goodies they had and decided to try it. I mean, come on, for $8, it is not a bad price. This is my first skincare purchase from them but I have used some of their beauty products. The packaging and price point is decent to me. Now moving on to the actual product, I find it a little difficult to squeeze out of the tube. It does not come out as a creamy product, but instead more like a solid mini-log looking consistency. However, when applied to the skin, it melts very nicely. It is very gently on the skin, really good if you have extremely sensitive skin. Due to that, I feel that this is something you can use daily, if you wish to.

There is nothing rough about this product so if you are looking for that immediate "take the gunk off my face" feel, this is not that product and you may not like it. I use this all over my face in the morning and follow up with my Benton Honest Foam Cleaner. I use my Soap abd Glory Breakfast Smoothie Scrub around my nose where I feel most makeup build up are harder to take off.
Overall, I really like this product and the fact that it is gentle enough to use everyday, plus, the price is extremely affordable.
