Review:  This product was sent to me by Influenster for review and testing purposes only.  No monetary compensation was involved.  These are the new L'Oreal Pro Matte Liquid Lipsticks in the shade Cowboy (top swatch) and Milk & Cookie (bottom swatch).  The packaging is a frosted soft matte container with a black top cover.  It has a sculpted applicator which allows even distribution of the product on the lips.  This liquid lipstick is extremely pigmented and delivers a full coverage even with one application.  If you follow me on my Instagram (@happyhr247) - you already know from my first impression post about this product that it is long-wearing if you do not eat anything.  I have had the liquid lipstick from 2pm - 7pm without eating and the color stayed on my lips.  It did not budge.  However, when I ate lunch at 12:30, the fading of the pigments were visible.  After a few more bites and drinks, re-application was a must.  The formula is comfortable and non-drying.  It is advertised as matte but I feel that this is more of a hybrid between satin and matte - whatever it is - it is a good formula.  I particularly enjoyed the shade Cowboy but passed on Milk & Cookies since it was too cool for my skin tone that it made me look washed out.

Ulta sells this for $9.99 while it retails for $7.99 at Target and $7.97 at Walmart.

Would I repurchase? Yes.  I definitely want to try the shades Shake Down, Nudist and Angora (assuming they are the true shades shown since computer monitors alter the true shade).
