Review:  I am all about anything illuminating or dewy - whatever makes the skin naturally radiant, I am all for it.  Powders tend to make the skin slightly matte.  Since I have normal skin, I do not need anything that will make my skin less glowing.  I do not think this is a new release, but just as some of the products that I review, this is new to me.

The packaging is a glossy black and white box with white and silver typography.  The jar is made out of plastic with a shiny black cap.  The product is dispensed through the tiny holes and there isn't a contraption to control the powdery mess so this is not a product that you take when you travel.  The powder is finely milled and it feels very smooth and soft.  It is easy to apply and it does provide a nice sheen on the skin.  It is long-wearing and it is a nice soft banana shade.  Some banana tone powders tend to leave a mustard color cast underneath the eyes for people with medium to deeper skin tone with warmer undertones.  This powder does not do that.  It brightens the under eye area nicely.  I recommend this product especially if you are looking for a fairly priced setting powder and if you have normal to dry skin this will leave your skin looking refreshed versus extremely matte and dry.

UPDATE:  I recently mixed my mini-sized Laura Mercier Glow Powder with this powder and made it even more radiant.  You do not have to do this but I think it is a much better powder since the glow pearls on the Laura Mercier powder tend to be slightly golden.  Now it is a perfect mix.
