Review:  After receiving the e-mail from E.L.F. Cosmetics regarding their new releases, these mini palettes definitely caught my eye.  They gave me the Natasha Denona mini palette vibes although with one less pan.  I haven't too many successes with E.L.F.'s eyeshadow palettes so I was skeptical about this one but after seeing live swatches and reviews, I was all about the craze.  I tried Target's Same Day Delivery service and was hoping for Rose Water and Cream & Sugar, but sadly their online inventory is not consistent with what is available in store.  Luckily, the shopper assigned to me was nice enough to let me know a few other options available.  For the price of $3, I did not mind getting two different palettes that I know can work for me.  I picked up Pumpkin Spice and Truffles.
These did not come in a box except with a little sticker on one end of the palette as a seal.  The palette is contained in a plastic case with a clear flap.  This palette is literally bite-size, like a Kit Kat bar.  I was surprised on how small it is.

But, good things come in small packages.  These palettes may be small but do not under estimate them.  The mattes and satins are very pigmented, smooth and easy to blend.  The shimmers are pigmented, buttery and are long-wearing.  I noticed that some of the mattes have no kick up but the satins do have slight powder kick up, although nothing that is a deal breaker.  I am surprised by the quality of these eyeshadows, they remind me of Colourpop's.  I am still planning to purchase Cream & Sugar along with Rose Water, which are the two I originally wanted.  I definitely recommend these mini palettes.  They are perfect for travel and they are easy to store.  For its price point and quality, I highly recommend these items.
