Review:  This creme shadow was a part of the Wild Nothing collection.  They have four shades total; but I picked up the shade Bronco mainly because I want to see if it works as an eyeshadow primers which it also claims to do so.  The original Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer has been my go to and the past year, I've been using my Nars Soft Matte Concealer to primer my eyelids and it works like magic.  However, it costs $30.  So, when I saw this, I added it in my cart right away.

The packaging is similar to the rest of the Wild Nothing Collection - a floral inspired design, which if you have read my Wild Nothing Collection items review, I'm not a fan of.  It's just a personal taste, I'm not into floral stuff, including scents!  This creme shadow comes in a small tub like most creme shadows out in the market.  The formula is creamy and it is pigmented.  Unfortunately, that's where it stops.  This is the reason why it took me so long to review this product.  As I mentioned, it is creamy but when I applied it on the my lids, it isn't as smooth as I hoped it would be.  It was hard to blend and dried out so quickly.  I applied a setting powder on top of it as I would normally do with my Nars Soft Matte Concealer and UD Primer, but it made it all sorts of crazy - by that I meant patchy and crusty.  I tried applying one eye at a time; that was slightly better but it was still not smooth.  Once it was dried, it was crusty which made the shadows on top of it slightly crack or move.  I wanted this product to work out so bad, but it just didn't.  I'm wondering if I got a dud, but I'm not going to order another one to make it work.  I love Colourpop especially their shadows but just not this one.

I don't recommend this product.  I know it is only $8, but don't waste your money.  Buy yourself a cocktail instead.
