Review:  This came out around the spring of 2019, however, I was already testing out a few products for my wedding in May so I opted not to buy any new makeup as precaution in case any new products break me out.  I personally did not want any of that on my wedding day.  This is a new item to me but to some of you, this is 100 years old.  I picked this up at the Pat McGrath 30% - 50% off Sale on her website in November (I'm not sure if the sale is still happening by the time this review is up).  I paid $23 for this primer during the sale.

The box packaging is a matte black finish with gold touches and typography.  The bottle is made out of a black plastic material.  The label is made out of a matte black Kraft paper sticker with gold touches and typography.  For its retail price of $45, I expected more than a sticker label, but it was nicely done.  The bottle also has a pump to dispense the product.  The consistency of the primer is nice and soft.  Similar to a moisturizer but slightly whipped, in my opinion.  It feels very smooth to the touch and it applies evenly on the skin.  It gives the skin a nice subtle glow and it keeps it hydrated throughout the day.  This primer extended the wear of my makeup.  I love that it has skincare properties such as Hyaluronic Acid.  I love that it is water based which allows the skin to stay refreshed all day.  I really love this primer.  I was hoping I wouldn't love it as much but my love for it goes along the lines with the YSL Touche Eclat Blur Face Primer, Tatcha Silk Canvas Primer which are both priced at $52 and the Smashbox Primerizer at $42.  I definitely recommend this primer.  I know it is expensive, so as always, I recommend that you get it on sale.  You know that I prefer trying something new, especially if they have a steeper price point, when they are on sale.  There is nothing wrong with saving extra money!  This review will be up on Monday, November 9th, which is the last day of the Sephora Fall Sale.  This is the perfect time to grab this because you get either 10%, 15% or 20% discount depending on which tier you are on.
