Review:  I received this product as a gift from a friend so I did not purchase this with my own money.  Sol Body is a sister company of Colourpop and my favorite product from this sister line is the Sol Body Bronzing Balms.  I was excited to receive this Hair & Body Oil.  While I do not use body oils, I love applying oils or serums on my hair.   After a few weeks of sitting in a corner box full of goodies, I finally used this baby.  Let's talk about the basics first.  This comes in a nude pink packaging with gold typography, typical of most box packagings they have.  I like the nude pink box; it is very soothing to the eyes.  The oil is contained in a clear plastic container that comes with a pump to dispense the product.  This oil is very thin and lightweight which I can see why this is the kind of consistency it has.  If this is to work as a hair and body oil, you do not want a body oil that is heavy and clumpy.  You want something that is smooth and applies easily on the skin.  With hair oils, you can get away with a little bit of density.  However, I love how lightweight this oil is as I only use it as a hair oil.  I applied this to my damp hair after spraying with a hair primer.  This oil did not weigh my hair down and it felt so silky on my hair while I was blowing drying.  Your fingers will run through your hair so smoothly without tangles when you use this hair oil.  Keep in mind that I have fine and straight hair; although the winter months and running outdoors has made it slightly dry.  Just like my skin, my hair also needed the hydrated without looking and feeling like an oil slick.  It also smells like a beach vacation in a bottle.
