Review:  After seeing one of my favorite people on Instagram (@beverlyhillsmakeup) post this on her IG stories, I knew it was going to be an impulse buy.  I love cream bronzer products and this reminded me of my all-time favorite bronzing balm from SOL Body.

It came in its typical NARS soft matte box packaging with gold typography.  It is in a clear tub with a gold cap with the brand's name printed on it.  The packaging looks luxurious but I was surprised that it was smaller than my SOL Body Bronzing Balm.  I debated on which shade to get as Laguna was always a miss for me in powder form but after seeing the swatches on line, I crossed my fingers and added Laguna to my cart.  It arrived in typical Nordstrom fashion - fast and with free shipping.

The consistency of the bronzer is very buttery.  It melts right into the skin when you swirl your finger on the product.  It applies seamlessly on the skin and it also blends nicely.  I am happy because for the first time the shade Laguna actually worked for my skin tone.  It is pigmented but can be built up.  You can use a specific brush (i.e. stippling or a dense one) depending on how natural or intense you want the bronzer to be.  This bronzer is also long-wearing and stays on the skin without looking cakey or patchy.

Keep in mind that this is a Nordstrom exclusive and can only be purchased at that retailer.  It is also limited-edition so if you are not into LE's, you can skip this.  If I am being brutally honest, if you own the SOL Body Bronzing Balms, you do not need this.  However, if you are anything like me who love and uses a lot of cream bronzers on a regular basis, this is a good one to add to your stash.
